Sizing and Proportions
Do not reproduce the academic or tagline signatures less than 1 1/4 inches in width. At widths less than this, the clarity and integrity of the signature is compromised.
Extended signatures (those with the words Washington State University on one line) should not be reproduced less than 2 inches in width. This applies to both the academic and tagline signatures.
When resizing the signature, it is critical that it be resized proportionately. Use the shift key when drag sizing (applies to both Windows and Macintosh platforms), or use equal percentages when using a scaling tool.
