Business Cards
All Washington State University business cards, letterhead, and envelopes are printed on a paper called Cougar Opaque, a name selected by the paper's manufacturer, the Weyerhauser Company, to the honor the University. To order these items, contact University Publishing, 335-3550, or order online at www.publishing.wsu.edu.
Personalized Card
The approved format for personalized business cards (horizontal format) includes the non-tagline University signature in two colors at the top, followed by the individual’s name in bold type and his or her title and college, school, department, and/or unit name in smaller type. After a space, the address, phone, fax, e-mail, and Web address appear in smaller type. A single-color (gray ink) business card also is available.
Generic Card
Generic business cards (vertical format) may be created when a unit wants to display general unit information without including the name of an individual.
